Gio & Brandon took the time to listen what we wanted in our deck & they produced!!
They provided Excellent customer service. They were thorough in answering all our questions.
Gio informed us of various options available. We never felt pressure to go one way or another. It was truly about what WE wanted in our deck.
Our deck is sturdy & beautiful!! We are looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come! We highly recommend Gio & his team for any decking needs & desires!!

When we purchased our home the deck was in bad shape. It went from bad to worse and finding a company to work with was a stressful nightmare. I had someone come out to provide a quote and the entire experience was awful. If I didn’t HAVE to have it replaced, I would have given up.
I found New Home Decks through the TimberTech website. From the consultation, to selections, and the install - we felt comfortable through the process. Gio navigated us through every step of the way and his communication exceeded my wildest expectations (I was out of town the week of install, and he texted me photos and updates every day!)
We ended up with a beautiful Trex deck, completed in one week, with the beautiful accents that Gio recommended for half the cost we were quoted from a competitor (the other company also claimed it would take a month to complete!)
There are so many deck companies in San Antonio to choose from. For once I hit the jackpot and made the right choice. I’d choose New Home Decks again, and I will again when we are ready to add a roof to this beautiful deck!

My experience with Gio and his company was fantastic! He was prompt, friendly and provided awesome work! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he asked questions to make sure I got just that. My privacy screen turned out exactly what I envisioned!

From start to finish, New Home Decks did a great job with our project! Our old deck was poorly constructed and had started to rot. We were looking to replace it with something that would last, so we opted for Trex decking and steel supports. It looks great and is rock solid. I feel like you could park a car on this thing! Gio and his crew were very professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new deck.

I highly recommend New Home Decks for any decking project. Gio helped us understand our options and choose the correct products for our deck. His team was efficient and professional. Gio came by frequently during construction to make sure we were satisfied. We had one change to the original plan, which was handled immediately. Gio was here the next morning to make sure his crew understood what the change was and that everyone was on board with it. The deck was completed in the quoted time-frame. We are very happy with our new deck!

New Home Decks is the only company you should consider for your project.

My wife and I hired this team to build a composite deck. They went above and beyond to provide a great entertainment space.

Gio is a man of his word and will take the time for you to understand each option. They were able to work with our budget and even beat their own timeline to have everything finished.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a great experience.
